Ullenwood scene

Let's start the tax year with something appropriately sombre: a black-and-white photograph of the huts at the top of Ullenwood.  My thanks are due to English Heritage for permission to publish this shot from Michael Hesketh Roberts 1995 Cold War project series.  Someone had obviously fairly recently mown the grass.  It can't have been long before the place was just left to itself.
